Update 0.16.5

Hi guys, I have made a number of improvements to the prototype in the last month, including a simple implementation of gameplay with the addition of customer AI as well as Objectives. I've also added Post-Processing to enhance the look as well as implemented some optimization systems to improve performance. Next month, among other changes, i plan to implement a ghost AI that will chase customers away if not delt with. See you in teh next update!

-Added UI indictor to show how much cash has been recieved from a customer.
-Added Post-Processing for better visuals
-Added Light LOD system to improve performance
-Reduced size of textures to lower file size while maintaining same quality.
-Units will now generate an endpiece to an unconnected point for better visual consistency.
- Added basic iteration of AI simulation
- Fixed several Build Mode bugs.
- Adjusted size of level, camera bounds and added highlight to visualize the boundary of the placement area when building.
